The lipstick cooling tunnel is used the consecutive conveying,max 10°c cooling tunnel to cool down and mold the lipstick which is high temperature in mould,it assemble the imported 10HP refrigerating unit,easy to operate and steady function,which make it be the ideal choice for the production of lipstick
Description:
1. Power switch: open the total power supply.
2. Conveyor speed governor: adjusting the speed of the conveyor belt.
3. The door open way: side open at the same time, tunnel length is 3000 mm.
4. Six fixed foot keep the machine stable and proper position.
5. Four wheels, convenient for machine moving.
6. This machine is provided with function of auto frost removing, and this can make sure the machine work stably under the low temperature.
7. Every ten hours it will auto remove the frost for 5 minutes, during this period, it will have temperature increases, it will auto cooling after frost removing.
