Application

Semi-automatic Liquid Balm/Hair Wax Filling Machine is suitable for filling materials with high viscosity. It adopts pneumatic filling, electric heating for the hopper and tube, also assembled with mixing functions. The whole machine is with easy cleaning, convenient operation and conforms to GMP

Working principle

Through the up and down movement of the cylinder, the piston in the cylinder is driven to reciprocate, so that the front chamber of the cylinder produces negative pressure. When the cylinder moves down, the piston is pulled down, and the front chamber of the cylinder generates negative pressure. The material in the supply bucket is sucked into the cylinder by the atmosphere and enters the cylinder through the check valve.

When the cylinder moves upward, the piston is pushed forward to squeeze the material, and the material enters the empty bottle to be filled through the one-way valve in the discharge joint to complete a filling.

6. Cylinder valve or mechanical valve is used at the filling nozzle; The filling nozzle is provided with an anti-dripping plug to prevent the filling nozzle from drawing and dropping material;

7, each part through the clamp connection, convenient assembly disassembly, cleaning, maintenance;
