1. It adopts European classic tabletop structure, and brushed stainless steel is beautiful and generous.
2. The homogenizer is placed at the bottom of the pot, the rotating shaft is very short, and there will be no shaking. The material enters from the bottom of the pot, enters the pipe outside the pot through the homogenizer, and then returns to the liquid level from the top of the pot for external circulation, which can fully ensure that all materials have an equal opportunity to flow to the homogenizer, so that the paste particles are controlled below 5 microns, and more delicate. At the same time, the external circulation can also be used as a discharge pump;
3. The main body of the homogenizer is similar to the structure of the centrifugal pump impeller. By using the centrifugal force generated, the thrown material passes through the homogenization mechanism composed of two fixed toothed rings (inner and outer stators) and one moving toothed ring (rotor). The material is crushed by intense shearing. The homogenization efficiency can be improved by 30% through multi-layer shearing, and the particles can be distributed in a narrow range;
4. The discharge pressure generated by the homogenizer (up to 3 bar) can be used for the discharge of high-viscosity finished products. The homogenizer has CIP cleaning function, which can shorten the cleaning cycle, improve the cleaning efficiency and save water.
