At the top of the pot we have a CIP shower system. In general, capacity below 500L will have a top sprinkler system, capacity bigger than 500L will have 2-3 sprinkler ball on the lip. With hot water and some solvent, the pot can be cleaned clearly.

-. The 1000L emulsifying main pot adopts fixed pot body, pot cover and pot body with flange connection can not be lifted.

-.The main pot ,The oil pot and the water pot are made of three-layer stainless steel welding, the inner layer in direct contact with the material is made of imported SUS316L stainless steel, the middle jacket layer and the external thermal insulation layer are made of 304 stainless steel, and the tank body and pipeline are mirror-polished or matte, which fully meets the GMP requirements.

-.The emulsifying pot and premixer pots adopt electric heating system.

-. Oil pot and water pot as pre-heating and pre-mixing,it is necessary for batch production,it efficiently save the preparation time.

-. Pretreatment pot -300L oil tank and 500L water tank respectively adopt the top paddle stirring system and the bottom dispersion system. The motor is Siemens motor, and the speed is adjusted by Siemens frequency converter in the distribution box. The mechanical seal is made of German Burgmann, and the lid and the pot body are integrated and opened through the observation manhole.

-.The machine mixing system adopts single-way spiral belt scraping wall mixing The motor brand of the mixing system is Siemens of Germany and adopts German Burgmann mechanical seal and Japanese NSK bearing Variable stirring speed: 0~40r/min, and the speed is adjusted by the Mitsubishi frequency converter in the power distribution cabinet..

-.The homogenizing method of the machine adopts external homogenizing machine, and the homogenizing motor adopts Germany Siemens, and the speed is adjusted by the Mitsubishi inverter of the distribution box. The speed is adjustable :0~4800r/min.

The distribution box is made of 304 stainless steel, its PLC is made of Siemens, inverter is made of Mitsubishi Electric, electrical components are made of Schneider, instruments are made of Omron, and the distribution box can choose PLC touch screen control (touch screen is made of Siemens) or electronic control button

-.The machine equipped with CIP, which can convenient user’s own CIP system to clean the machine.
