For precise temperature control, the boiler body is heated by steam, allowing for the seamless integration of heat-sensitive ingredients. The discharge process is facilitated by a pneumatic butterfly valve, ensuring smooth and efficient product transfer. The control cabinet is equipped with an independent electric control button, offering intuitive and user-friendly operation.

In addition to the main pot, the mixer includes a 500L pre-melting pot, further enhancing its versatility and functionality. The pre-melting pot is stirred by a one-way spiral wall scraper, providing uniform heating and melting of ingredients. The unilateral open cover mode simplifies access and maintenance, streamlining the overall production process.
