Automatic linear paste filling and capping machine is suitable for filling and capping cream products such as face cream and hand cream in cosmetics industry

Operation

Empty bottle from bottle feeder front side to converyer belt, one or two operators for control the
machine. This equipment will automatic take the empty bottle to filling position, automatic rising for
filling and rotating filling, and then well finished filling product is done. Bottle in place detection:
Rotary lifting filling (move the bubble at the same time)
Well finished product took out

Filling position activity is controlled by piston
– the rotating activity will be processed for filling at the same time according to the filling position rising. ( And move the bubble) – filling position up and down activity is control by piston. – the rotating activity is controlled by Servo motor. – well finished product took out
– take out the well finished product from the filling machine to conveyor belt. Suitable bottle size:
